Heath is a seasoned construction professional with over 15 years of experience in commercial project management. After earning his degree in Construction Management Technology from Oklahoma State University in 2010, Heath began his career as a field engineer in Texas and advanced into project management and scheduling roles. He spent the next decade as an owner’s representative for Oklahoma State University and Life Church before returning to general contracting in 2024.
Heath’s expertise includes estimating, scheduling, design-build, contract negotiations, and project execution, with a strong focus on client and subcontractor relationships. His portfolio includes major projects such as the $350M Dallas Love Field airport expansion, a $50M Air Force barracks, and multiple church and hospitality builds nationwide. He is also a certified welder and is trained in OSHA 30HR.
Grounded in a strong work ethic shaped by his upbringing on a farm in Oklahoma, Heath values integrity, craftsmanship, and meaningful relationships. He’s passionate about delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations and making a positive impact both professionally and personally. Now based in Duluth with his wife, Megan, and their growing family, Heath enjoys the outdoors, family time, and serving others through mission work, including building homes in Juarez, Mexico, with Amor Ministries.
