Scott Miland

Project Manager

US Air Force Veteran and Project Manager Scott Miland has nearly fifteen years of construction management experience in program management, coordinating and securing funding, leading teams, developing work plans, managing communication and documentation, problem-solving, quality control, and achieving deadlines while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, specifications, and policies.  Scott drives continuous improvement of project delivery processes with his direct involvement with field foreman, superintendents, subcontractors, and material suppliers. He manages the lifecycle of scheduling, cost tracking, cost forecasting, invoicing, RFI’s, and submittals. 

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University and has attended the FMI Field Leadership Institute and Project Management Academy. He began his career with Jensen in 2023.
