Installation of a 100-ton rotary rail car dumper, hopper, belt conveyors and Butler building enclosure for the unloading of trains hauling in coal and limestone. This semi-automated system pulls rail cars into the building, turns them upside down (170 degrees) while remaining coupled, uprights the car and pulls the next one in for unloading.
