Since 1920 Jensen has called the Twin Ports of Duluth/Superior home. Our local communities have supported us, and we are proud to give back to this region in which we live, work, and play.
We have been fortunate in our success as a company, and we are equally fortunate to support a number of local organizations through the donation of labor and tools/equipment, as well as through financial contributions.
Recipients include local churches, youth groups, scholarships, school choirs/musicals, school sports teams, all night grad parties, non-profits, and more. Our recent contributions include:
- Richard I. Bong Veterans Historical Center
- Youth baseball, hockey, soccer, volleyball, basketball, lacrosse teams
- High school sports teams & graduation parties
- High school bands, choir, and musicals

J.R. Jensen was a key participant in the recent Fall Festival hosted by Mentor Superior to celebrate its five-year anniversary! The employees of JR Jensen did an amazing job interacting with all the community members who attended the Fall Festival. It was great to see all the kids climbing up and on the big equipment. The kids enjoyed the opportunity to see the equipment up close but the bonus of getting on the various pieces was the highlight for many! Thank you, J.R. Jensen, for your support of Mentor Superior! We appreciate the special attention to all the details for the days event, including the hanging of the Mentor Superior flag and the US Flag from the cranes.
