I believe that the Blaine Business Center was one of the first major construction projects which the new owners, Todd Rothe and Doug Montavon, of J.R. Jensen Construction completed after purchasing the company. Four construction companies provided proposals on the project, with J.R. Jensen having the best proposal, which included a total, top to bottom renovation of the former Blaine Elementary School, which included adding a second floor above the original gym and stage area. With their professional expertise we were able to transform that former school into a state of the art office complex totally unique in design to the area. The building renovation was finished on time, within budget and exceeded even our perceived expectations. Fourteen years later, people are still commenting and expressing their amazement with the transformation of a school, which many have either taught at or attended, into the office building it is, thanks to the expertise of J.R. Jensen Construction.
